Steampunk Ink Drawings

Our artists aged 11–16 explored steampunk-inspired illustration during our Drawing Camp, creating detailed black and white artworks on brown paper. Working with Indian ink, gel pens and Posca markers, they experimented with contrast, texture and pattern.

Batik

During our batik sessions, our Teens & Tweens after-school artists explored traditional wax-resist techniques to create these beautiful and original artworks.

Lightbulb Keyrings

A fun, creative session exploring shrink plastic and drawing. Teens and tweens designed their own keyrings and created lightbulb illustrations with Posca markers, using the bulb as a container for their ideas and imagination.

Acrylic Landscapes

At our latest Easter camp, teens and tweens explored acrylic landscape painting, experimenting with colour, texture and technique. Each young artist brought their own unique style to the canvas, creating a collection of stunning original artworks.

Lizards and Frogs

In this fun drawing class, our young artists explored chalk pastels to create frogs and reptiles on colourful watercolour backgrounds. They experimented with colour, texture and expressive details, giving each character plenty of personality.

Klimt Inspired Portraits

Teens & tweens created these Klimt-inspired portraits using oil pastels, Indian ink and paint. These expressive art classes gave young artists the chance to experiment with new mediums, explore colour and pattern, and develop their own creative style.

Large Scale Drawing

Teens & tweens explored large-scale drawing, combining line drawing, collage and Indian ink with inspiration from shells and fruit. In this art camp, young artists experimented with various materials to developed their skills and create artwork in their own style.
